ESG

ESG is about responsibility and sustainability in the company – for the environment (Environmental), for people (Social), and in the way it is managed (Governance). The requirement for ESG reporting applies from January 1st 2025 for large companies that meet two of the following three criteria: 1) more than 250 employees, 2) turnover over 50 million EUR, or 3) a balance sheet total over 25 million EUR. Neither the House Holding A/S group nor Ejendomsgruppen Impgaard Nielsen A/S, nor the two groups combined, meet the requirements for ESG reporting, but we only meet point 3 regarding the size of the balance sheet and therefore no reporting requirements.
